The Vencer 200 by Cumulus is a shortened sleeping bag meant to provide thermal insulation from the waist down, while the down jacket you already carry provides insulation for the waist up. The Vencer's weight-saving design is designed for performance athletes moving at the fastest speeds. Cinch the drawstring at the waist to prevent it from sliding and slipping while sleeping. The Vencer 200 features an "apron" made of one layer of fabric that covers the waist to the neck, protecting from the wind and preventing snow or sand from getting in between the sleeping bag and your jacket. The Vencer 200 is suitable as an emergency sleeping bag to carry just in case, or the perfect companion for ultra-marathons, spring and autumn conditions, or quick overnights.
