An energy gel from fresh banana that tastes great! 

Lecka's Banana Energy Gel contains electrolytes, magnesium, sodium, and potassium to support endurance during exercise. The bananas are sourced from a farm in the central region of Vietnam. Once they are harvested, it takes less than 20 hours for them to be packaged into a gel form, making sure the flavor is fresh. Natural energy pulses essential electrolytes with a glucose-to-fructose ratio of 1.3:1. 

Take up to 15 minutes prior to exercise, then every 30-40 minutes during your exercise with water.
